Our current UPS shipping rates for non-Free Shipping orders are based on total weight of the items in the shopping cart.

Special Holiday Return Policy Extension
Gifts purhcased for the holiday season have a special extended return policy in effect. If you purchased a gift between December 01, 2008 and December 25, 2008, you have until 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Sunday February 01, 2009 to request an RMA number to process a return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. The RMA number must appear on all packages and paperwork related to this return. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of shipment of your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement products will be shipped to the customer via UPS Ground.
Non-Warranty Returns

Please include the order number along with the reason for return in your e-mail message. When you have received your RMA number, you will receive shipping instructions and information to process your request.
